What forms of payment are accepted? TOP
For your convenience we accept cash, VISA, MasterCard.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party? TOP
We ask that you and your guests do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party. The door will be locked prior to that time so that we may clean up from the last party and set up for yours. Thank you.
Do I need to stay at the party? TOP
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate? TOP
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome and appreciated.
Can I bring food to my party? TOP
Only cake may be brought to the party. We’re sorry, but no other food is permitted. Please bring candles if you bring a cake.
Can I bring in my own drinks? TOP
You may brink in coffee(a box of joe)for the adults. For your convenience, we have bottled water & lemonade available to purchase. If you would like soda or have a specific request, please let us know ahead of time.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party? TOP
If you will be bringing your own cake, please bring candles. If you are doing the basic party, you will need to bring all paper goods & utensils.
What if I need to reschedule my party? TOP
If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
Can I invite boys to the party? TOP
While there is no entertainment for boys, they are more than welcome. They will only be charged for food and drinks.
How long do the parties last? TOP
Parties are approx. 2 hours long. We do occasionally run over by 15 minutes.
What days and times do you hold parties? TOP
We book parties Tuesday through Friday at 4:00 and during the weekends from 11:00, 2:00, & 5:00. Parties are approx. 2 hours in duration.
What are your hours of operation? TOP
We are open Tuesday through Sunday by appointment only. Because our parties are private, you will need to schedule an appointment if you would like to come visit or book a party. If you are picking up invitations, feel free to come any time as we leave them in the hallway in a basket.
