Payment terms and policies
Non-refundable deposit of $100.00, must be paid at the time of booking to secure the date. Balance due in full 72 hours prior to party. Prices do not include a 6.25% sales tax. Balance will be put on the credit card you used for your deposit unless another card is provided. Any additional guests that come to the party will be charged on that day. All guests/siblings that participate will be charged as guests. We do not refund for no shows after the 72 hour final head count.
Cancellation Policy-We understand kids get sick and other things come up, so you may use your non-refundable deposit within one year of the original booked date towards a new booking. If we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your party to a date that is convenient for you.
FINE PRINT. We serve as entertainment only, and although we are very professional and we take great pride in our artistic abilities, we are not licensed cosmetologists. We are not responsible for supervision. A parent or guardian must be present throughout entire party. We are not responsible for any unlikely injuries that may occur at your house or venue. By submitting a registration form, you are electronically signing and you agree to these terms.We only accept MasterCard and Visa. No personal checks or cash accepted.
We travel approx. 60 miles from the Danvers area. Please inquire as exceptions can be made for large parties.
TRAVEL FEES-$.50 per mile will be charged to and from our location. We will use MapQuest to determine mileage. This fee covers gas and hourly wages for our stylists while traveling.
Gratuities are not included and very much appreciated! Gratuities can not be put on your credit card. Sorry for any inconvenience.
