Payment terms and policies

Non-refundable deposit of $100.00, must be paid at the time of booking to secure the date. Balance due in full 72 hours prior to party. Prices do not include a 6.25% sales tax. Balance will be put on the credit card you used for your deposit unless another card is provided. Any additional guests that come to the party will be charged on that day. All guests/siblings that participate will be charged as guests. Guests are welcome to observe and relax in our lounge area free of charge.

Cancellation Policy-You may use your non-refundable deposit within one year of the original booked date towards a new booking.

*If we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your party to a date that is convenient for you.

*We serve as entertainment only and are not responsible for supervision. A parent or guardian must be present throughout entire party.

We accept Cash, MasterCard and Visa.

GRATUITIES ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND NOT
 INCLUDED IN PRICE.

 
No food/drinks may be brought on to the premises with the exception of a birthday cake. We do sell pizza, bottled water, soda & an appetizer platter for the adults.
 
We are not responsible for items left behind. Items will be in the basket in the hallway for you to pick up.

New promotions and coupons are for new bookings only.
 
You may bring in your own mylar balloons.
***No Latex balloons please as they impose a choking hazard and a potential allergic reaction.

 
ALLERGY WARNING
*We do not use products that contain peanuts, but some products may have been produced on equipment that processes nuts. We are not held responsible for allergic reactions. You may bring in a substitute product for any child who has an allergy.
